I paused a recorded program and when I came back the screen was frozen. I disconnected the system and tried to restart but nothing I do is working. Has anyone else with Belgacom had this kind of problem before?

this happened with me, the tv freezing then starting again,i also lost all my saved films, i was told to get a new box from belgecom and it seems to of done trick. So far!
