Hello I've recently moved to liege and speak limited french. I am wondering how to go about making friends in liège as a young woman.

Joining a French class is a good start. You’ll meet other non French speakers and other new arrivals. Your commune will probably have low price lessons.
Join a fitness centre but try and find one with a social side.
