Check your commune too. Low cost group classes at most.

Communes do not run language lessons. Avoid communal French classes. Many are taught by bigoted housewives who are not qualified. What I experienced in one of the Eastern facility communes around Brussels is incredible and so unexpected. Get a qualified teacher who knows how to teach to foreigners.
