Question

Looking for companies or combination of companies that have a good chance of getting me a freelance IT contract at EU institutions.

To have "the market" well covered by companies that have a good chance of getting me work, and are not to greedy.

When they do want freelancers, which is not often, these companies go through agencies that tend to advertise them on www.jobserve.com

You might get lucky on www.stepstone.be

Just turn down anything that is not to do with the institutions and be prepared to wait a few years for the right vacancy.
