Fractured ankle

A couple of weeks ago I thought I sprained my ankle but as I am still in pain two weeks later, I think I may have fractured it.

As it isn't an emergency per se, can I still go to a hospital or do I need to make an appointment with a doctor?

If the hospital is best, when would be the best time to go this weekend so that I don't have to queue for too long? St Pierre is the nearest to me. I don't speak much French but can point and frown fluently.
