flexibility of Titres-Services agencies

I haven't used any Titres-Services agency yet. I was wondering - before I sign the contract with any of them - how flexible they are, e.g. with cancelling the cleaning appointment (due to my travel plans).

BTW, what's the minimum cleaning frequency you need to commit to? Any other pitfalls?

Any recommendations?
