Room to rent in elegant apartment of approximately 95 m^2, furnished, with elevator, all costs included (rent, internet, cable, utilities etc.) with spacious living / dining room of +/- 40m^2 with a great view over a green square. Room is +/- 12m^2, fully furnished, with plenty of storage space. 5 mins walk from Thieffry (M5+B36), Acacia (T81), <10 min walk from La Chasse / Chaussée de Wavre or from Pétillon (B34, T7+T25). 7 minutes from a "Carrefour" supermarket or "The Barn" St Pierre square for those who like to buy organic / sustainable etc. Washing machine (no dryer). Espadon sports center is 7 mins walk (gym/pool/etc). I am self employed working with education, tourism and sustainability. I travel a lot and speak several languages (6 in total and am currenlty learning Dutch => Nederlandstaligen zijn welkom!). Ideal for those starting a career in Brussels on a budget. One month deposit and first month rent required upon entry. If after 1 month of "test drive", rental can be extended according to the person's needs, by mutual agreement. If not, a gradual and cordial separation will be implemented. Non-smokers preferred, but if smoker, stay outside on the small balcony or on the street. No pets allowed sorry.
