Flat Panel TV - No picture

Does anyone know of a good TV Repair Shop or someone who makes house calls ? I have a Medion Flat Panel Plasma TV and a few weeks ago, the picture started to freeze on the screen. I turned it off and left it for awhile. The picture then returned to normal. However just last weekend the TV has totally lost its picture and the screen is just black. I have searched on the internet and apparently this is a known problem to do with the power boards in the back on the TV. I am looking for someone who can determine whether or not its worth getting the TV fixed, (am willing to spend up to 100 euros) or should I just go and buy a new one. All replies appreciated.
