Hello. Anyone know what the rates are out there at the moment for a fixed mortgage rate? TIA

ING quoted me just over 4% for a fixed rate over 25 years. Best bet is just to go and ask the bank though, as their rates often vary depending on how much they lend you as a % of the property value, etc.
