Fiction Writer Seeks Office Space

Dear Colleagues,

I have started a new project after a long hiatus but am finding it difficult to focus amid all the domestic clutter. I typically head to libraries but only the Munt, which takes too long to reach, is open at the same time during the week. Can anyone help me find a public space or recommend a way for me to rent a little room of my own in the Overijse/Hoeilaart/Tervuren area? Tangentially, can anyone explain the protocol for the Brussels Writers' Circle? I have not attended a session in several years and want to make sure I'm prepared beforehand. Many thanks in advance.
