Father of deceased train driver to file complaint

Robert D., the father of the driver who was killed in the train accident in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse on Sunday night, will file a complaint, he says in Het Laatste Nieuws, the Sudpresse newspapers and La Dernière Heure.

"I am taking this to court. Because I want to thoroughly investigate what happened, and why my son had to die," said D. in an interview.

"That's the last thing I can do for him. A similar accident took place in almost the exact same place in 2008. Is that normal?"
