Family outings in case of rain

Question

I'm looking for ideas for family outings for this weekend that would be out of the rain.  Children are ages 4, 5, 8, 10.  We planned to go into Brussels (we are in Genval), but with the weather prediction I'd like a plan B.  Preferably something where the kids can move around and that is either free or not too expensive, somewhere near Rixensart/Waterloo/Brussels or nearish.

Any ideas?  I have looked at the petit moutarde website but not finding anything convincing yet.

Thank you!

I

Rain in Brussels has never stopped us, as there are so many museums to choose from, such as The Musical Instruments Museum, BOZAR, Army Museum, NAtural Sciences Museum to name a few. There are also 2 big events in Brussels this weekend : Journée sans voitures on Sunday with loads going on in the centre and Journéé du Patrimoine where historic monuments not normally open to the ublic open their doors.

Uss www.quefaire.be as a good link to events in Belgium.
