Extras wanted for Belgian scenes of France 2 TV period drama
A casting company is calling for 600 Caucasian men and women, aged 18 to 80 with multiple profiles, as extras for the Belgian scenes of a mini-series on the early life of 18th-century French philosopher Voltaire.
French company Figurants is also looking for 60 men and women – similar profile – for supporting and speaking parts in the four-part drama by France 2. It is scheduled to be filmed in the regions of Brussels, Namur, Liège and Beloeil between 17 February and 25 April 2020.
The following daily rates are paid: Extras (€60), Supporting (€100), Speaking supporting (€120).
Candidates need to live close to the filming locations or have a vehicle (no travel expenses paid). Period features are to be respected, so no beards or moustaches, no visible tattoos or non-removable piercings and no ultra-modern haircuts or unnatural hair colour.
Applicants should provide the following:
-Photos (portrait and full body)
-Full name, age, measurements, town of residence
-Details of availability between 17 February and 25 April, as well as preferred regions
-Indicate if you have a vehicle
-Contact details (email and telephone)
