Experience with energy supplier - Lampiris
I am considering changing my energy supplier from Electrabel to Lampiris who offer much better pricing.
Can any Lampiris users please share their experience of customer service, accuracy of billing, easy of changing supplier, etc etc.
What is required to change from one supplier to another?
Anything else I should be aware of?

I've been with them the past five years, never had a problem. It's the cheapest energy supplier for households. Any time I've ever had to contact their customer service - very rarely - the problem was solved in a fast and friendly manner. Many friends of mine have changed over, and never had any hassle. All you have to do is contact Lampiris freephone number, fill in a form, send it off to them and they'll take care of the whole thing. Surprised actually more people opt for Electrabel when Lampiris offers a much better service all round. Good luck with the change!
