Experience with Bruxelles Formation?

I am a European Xpat and have been to Bruxelles Formation in Uccle and they should provide free (paid by my and your social charges) training to everybody who is unemployed. But somehow I find them very little helpful and have the impression that they are normally friendly and helpful to everybody else.

Anybody made the same experience? Any advice on how to deal with it?
