Exhibition Art Portrait Photography
Are you stuck in Belgium due to the travel restrictions? Don’t worry, go to Brussels during the year-end holiday to visit the second solo photography exhibition in Belgium by Haryo Nindito (covid permitting).
Haryo Nindito is an art portrait photographer who has been living in Belgium since 1998. His passion for art portraits only started in April 2018. He is influenced by art in paintings where artists applied the chiaroscuro (light and shadow) technique. He post-processes the photos to create dramatic effects.
In most of his photos, the subject is like a princess wearing beautiful dresses at beautiful locations, but also with traditional settings of Indonesia. He travels miles and miles to amazing locations, sometimes bringing dresses from Belgium, just to create beautiful photos. He has done photoshoots in Belgium, the Netherlands, Paris, London, Rome, Madrid, Berlin, Lucerne, Ukraine, Singapore, Java, Bali.
He has done exhibitions in The Hague, Brussels, Paris, and Denmark. In 2021, he will do exhibitions in New York and Germany. This is his second solo exhibition (covid permitting) at the very strategic location, the famous Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert, just a stone’s throw from the Grand Place, Brussels.
During the exhibition, Haryo will open his pop-up art photo studio, so you can have your portraits taken with baroque costumes or with your own clothes with art portrait styles.
Venue: Photo Gallery, Galerie de la Reine 10, Brussels (inside Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert). Free entrance.
