Eviction

When you say "evict", do you really mean "evict" in the traditional sense, i.e. for example for not paying the rent during several months; for creating substantial noise or other disturbance, etc. or do you rather mean that the landlord wants to break the lease he/she has with you? Those are very different things so more information will help narrow things down.
