Are there charges for lunch meals and garderie and after school garderie in the European schools, if so, could you give me an indication of how much? Thanks.

Yes there are.
Lunches are organised by the parent's associations and you need to enroll your child/children through them. Check the school website for how to contact the APEEE of the school your child will attend. Garderie is also paying. This is managed centrally. Depending on the school they may or may not have an onsite garderie. Otherwise, there will be buses to the central ones such as Wilson. Again, check with the school for better details.
