I am currently exploring options for producing food products in compliance with AFSCA standards. I understand that one possibility is to rent a shared kitchen space, usually available by the hour, or alternatively to rent a restaurant kitchen outside its standard opening hours.
Does anyone here can help?
I came across an article in The Bulletin (2019) about Co-oking, a shared kitchen space for culinary start-ups, but as this location is now closed, I am looking for up-to-date options.
I would greatly appreciate any information or recommendations you can share.
