Go to an English bookstore or fnac and buy a book to prepare for the exam you want. Buy one with the answers in the back. Do all the exercises given and compare your answers with the answer key. You and your sister should prepare by asking each other the sample questions. Then find a teacher for the final preparation, it will not be cheap but hopefully by then you will not need so many lessons.

I am a certified English teacher by the Cambridge University, and I have more than 10 years of experience teaching English at all levels.
