energy saving bulb with white light

Question

Hi,
I have bought many energy saving bulbs in Belgium but all give "yellow" light. Where can I buy bulbs that give white light. What are they called in Belgium? They are widely available in the country I come from.

It is called Cool white ( 4000K), Very difficult to find them in supermarkets.
