Question

I have a question related to employment in Belgium, soon i would have performed 5 years service, after this time i would like find a more challenging position elsewhere, from what i know already after 5 years service Belgian Law states that 3 months notice period is required. Does anyone know if this can be negotiated with HR?

Everything is negotiable. When you resign, you can ask them if they would let you leave earlier. They could say yes, but there's no garentee of this.
