Employemnt finished, when do i get holiday money etc.

Question

I have just finished an employemnt contract. Are there some rules for when accumulated holiday pay and bonuses (like 13th month) should be payed?

Can they be held to deduct expenses?
(In my work there were expenses over fuel card and mobile phone that would normally be deducted from salary)

On the last day of work you are supposed to receive a final statement and payment with everything included. It is a legal obligation.
