Can anybody recommend a cycle shop in Brussels where they have a good selection of good quality electric bikes? Ideally I would like to buy a Kalkhoff but they don't seem to have any dealers in Brussels. They have dealers elsewhere in Belgium but I prefer Brussels for easy access to after sales service etc.
Can't recommend any Brussels shops but I can recommend Fiets http://www.fiets.be/ they have a good selection of bikes and very good after sales etc.
I bought an electric Kalkhoff bike for around EUR 2000 at Fiets! Leuven on the recommendation of this post - BIG MISTAKE! The motor broke within two months, and the store has now had the bicycle for over three months. Terrible customer service... is there anything I can do?
