Dyadis is lookong for foster families

Dyadis is a Belgian association that trains assistance dogs for the disabled. Our dogs help ensure these people a better quality of life and enhance their autonomy and social integration.
In order to offer these people, a well educated dog, we are looking for foster families for young puppy Labrador Retriever or Golden Retriever of 2 months old. The puppy will live for nearly one and a half year with the foster family.
After this period of time, the dog will spend six months at our education centre for an intensive training.
The main role of the foster family is to give the young dog a pleasant and balanced childhood, which must combine family life, rides and of course tenderness!
The role of the family involves:
• Socializing the puppy
• Potty train the puppy
• Giving basic training skills
During the whole period the family will be coached by a Dyadis trainer on a weekly base. All costs related to the dog (food, medical treatments,...) are supported by the association.
