Does anyone know where to find unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa (for baking)?

You can get Van Houten cacao (kakaopulver/cacao poeder) at GB Carrefour in Bascule. I think it is in the area where you find the various kinds of sugar across from jams. I have used it to make hot chocolate and chocolate cupcakes and it works just fine.
