Dutch Process Cocoa Powder

You should be able to find it at most big supermarkets - I bought some a couple of weeks ago from Carrefour on Chaussee de Waterloo - I had been looking for weeks, and realised that my mistake was that I was looking in the baking section, but it is kept in the Drinks section - near the coffee, and next to hot chocolate/nesquik etc. The brand I bought is called Van Houten, top half white, bottom half brown, small boxes, really good quality.
