Dutch language support at Zaventem Commune

Hello,

Just moved to Zaventem and I need to visit Zaventem Commune for the first time with the family to get new ID cards with the new address.
I heard they do like to enforce the 'only dutch' rule so does anyone know of a person who can accompany us to the Zaventem commune?
