Dutch Immersion Summer Camp for Teenager

Can anyone recommend an instructive Dutch language Summer Camp in Belgium or the Netherlands preferably with sporting activities as well please? After a couple of years without Dutch lessons my 14 year old daughter is going to go back to school in Brussels and so needs to catch up for the 2 year gap. A camp with language lessons rather than simply a camp conducted in Dutch would probably work best for her.
