the darker the chocolate, the more likely it is to be free of milk products. you can get dark chocolate eggs pretty much anywhere, and any additives should be listed in the ingredients. A bio-shop would be the easiest source, though more expensive.

Be aware even very dark chocolate often has diary in it. Look on specialist isle in supermarket or try a bio shop.
