Dispose of petrol lawnmower

Why not offer it to WSL residents on one of their Facebook pages.

I can understand the recycle centre not wanting to take something that they cannot recycle but does your commune not have a 'dump' (in my commune it's called the container park) where you can get rid of things that can never be recycled?
What would you do with, say, an old car battery or 100 kgs of garden rubbish?
