My teenage son is a bit overweight despite some exercise and generally sensible eating. Can anybody recommend a dieticien who is sensitive to young people and their lifestyles?

If he's only a 'bit' overweight, then the only thing he needs to do is continue eating sensibly, and take regular exercise. Teenage boys often get a 'bit' overweight, it's a normal part of growing up. Personally, I would avoid taking him to a dietician as it's only going to make him very self-conscious of his body image, and of a 'problem' that probably doesn't exist.
