Question

I didn't do my taxes jet because I have not received any papers for it, and I have had some problems with the PIN-code for my eID.

What is the best I can do now? (Like write what to where) I am now leaving for 2 weeks.

I have requested a new PIN, but it has not arrived (on time).
My languages are not good enough to call them.
I arrived in Belgium in July last year.

I'm in the same boat. Completely slipped my mind this year and have been moving all over the place so received no forms. Won't have time to look into it now until September but if someone can tell me where to go to get the forms, I'd be very grateful.
