Not that I know of. But you can get it online if you use a DNS service like unblockus - and you can have a free week's trial.
I doubt you will find it on general TV but you can always try to find a sports bar or irish bar where they should be able to show it. I saw it last time in Fat Boys Place Luxembourg.
Try crictime.com it is full of ads but I don't mind since its free :)

Check out cricfree.co unless it has been shut down...
Sports bars generally hate cricket, plus it is taking place at night our time.
After last night, unless you're a Kiwi, don't even bother!
