Creative writing course for English speakers
For 5 consecutive Saturday afternoons, starting 3 June, Colette Victor, prize-winning author and trained creative writing teacher, will be running a memoir-writing course for English speakers in GC Elsenhof in Ixelles.
Before the COVID-pandemic, Colette used to run her creative writing courses (fiction and memoir) in Brussels at least twice a year. “I decided to pick it up again,” explains Colette. “I enjoy meeting the students and, of course, passing on some of my expertise on creative writing.”
Colette trained as a creative writing teacher at vzw Creatief Schrijven in Antwerp in 2013. She also has a MA in creative writing from Manchester Metropolitan University and has won several awards. “The one I’m most proud of is first prize in the BBC International Radio Play awards in 2018,” she says.
The course is for native or near native English speakers. There are still a few spots left. To find out more, send an email to email@example.com
