Creating a personalised email address

Good afternoon,
Would anyone know how to go about getting a personal email address for my company, not '@skynet' etc... For example, the email address I would like to create for example is 'perfectdry@boumasprl.be

Does your company already have a website (using your example, www.boumasprl.be)? If so, it must be hosted somewhere. So you just read the material you have received from the company at the time you signed up as their customer. For sure they will offer the possibility to have at least one e-mail address for the site, most likely more than one.
If you do not yet have a site, you first have to register your domain name, and then find a hosting company, and then proceed as above.
