Creating COMPANY by bootstrapping

I want to set up a sprl. I don't have the about $5000 needed, though I could pay it from the first invoice.
How Could I arrange this? Are there management companies with a reasonably compliant image that can help me?
Is it possible that a client borrow me own money for example?
Also, at what point can I expect to be able to legally receive invoice money after I start the process?
Set up a UK limited with a Belgian subsidiary. Costs are much lower.
Alternatively, freelance and invoice through a payroll company (smartbe.be?) until you have the cash to set u the company.
Alternatively, see one of the company creation advisers through Actiris / Orbem / etc.
Alternatively, seek one of the many other forms of freelancing legally.
