Question

What is the going rate for au pairs? How about nannies?
Besides the salary, what other costs are there?

For aupairs it is regulated by the law in Belgium. Currently I believe the amount is 450 + monthly subscription for local public transportation + language course + flights 1X. More info from http://www.emploi.belgique.be/defaultTab.aspx?id=4890
