Controle technique with damaged car

Whilst correctly parked on the road, my car was hit by another vehicle and the back bumper was damaged. The insurance claim is going through but has not been settled yet and I have my control technique due next week and the car will surely fail because of the bumper. Can the control technique tell me the car is too dangerous to drive and can I claim any additional fines from the control technique from the insurance company?
