Complaint about Bpost
Hi, i want to know how can i make a complaint to bpost, because evrey time i found my mails in another buliding. my building number is 1A And i find my mail in building 1. And whenever i recived the register mail the postman even dont come to ring the bell of my appartment. What should i do ??
Have you tried going to your local post office and asking?

Use the online complaints form. You can write in English, and they are usually very quick to respond IME.
My next door neighbour lives at 1234A - I'm at 1234 - and I regularly get their mail in my box. I think that there is a general unfamiliarity with using an A as part of the address number but I also often see that the mail is wrongly addressed so that the problem is not with the delivery but with the sender.
Properties throughout the Province of Luxembourg are slowly being renumbered (and often the roads renamed as well) in order to totally eliminate suffixes A, B, etc, although single buildings in multiple occupation still have box numbers eg 123/1, 123/2 etc.
Perhaps you should be asking your local politicians to initiate something similar although the best time to do so is rapidly disappearing with the elections this coming Sunday.
