I'm expat and I have recently got a company car, however this was deducted from my gross salary.
Is the company car added to Salary threshold when doing the calculations for work permit in flanders?

Cars are not deducted from gross salary. What does your contract say?

It is more like a cafetaria plan that was introduced by the company recently. When you choose the car benefit, it gets deducted from your gross salary so the netto effect will be smaller.
