Companies like Tentoo - payrolling freelancers

Can somebody recommend a company like Tentoo that can payroll freelancers, acting a bit like a temp agency.

My main problem with Tentoo was that they started to ask my client things they should have asked me. Also I had to give the authorities the name of the end client through a DIMONA declaration before starting.

Are there any companies acting like a UK UMBRELLA company, covering expenses freelancers usually can deduct.
