Here is a post that might help you:

Places like the EFPC, require you to have the belgian card id; and some communes might do that too, so be ready to have all your paperwork ready to get that, otherwise delays will happen. And given the inefficiency of most communes, do expect delays to take place when getting your ID card.

I'm personally taking classes at the EFPC because many others in this forum reported really good experiences there. Classes are about 120 euros, plus book fees, which is another 40 euros.

The thing about taking classes in belgium is that as you will find out, belgians are very rigid in terms of signing up for classes. It can only be during a time period, and if you miss that time period, good luck. For example at the EFPC, you have to do it in person, or somebody can do it for you, but you can't register over the phone, or the internet. Instead, gotta wake up early, and go make a line. You show up too late, classes are all full.

Of course, you can sign up for private classes, but those run you 500-1000+ euros. And once you move, stay away from belgacom when choosing your internet package.
