Colour copy of photo

Not clear what you mean. Do you have a colour photo or a black and white photo? If its a black and white photo you probably need to create a good digital photo of it and then edit your photo using a photo editing programme. If its a colour photo you just need a colour copier. Any photographic shop should be able to advise you.
