Clothes Alterations

Question

Hello,
I am looking for a place that does clothing alterations, and also maybe even colour dying clothing. (I have red trousers that I wish were black.)
Any recommendations would be welcome, I am central so something in the De Brouckere-ish area would be amazing!

Not that central, but recommend Jacqueline in Galerie Cinquantenaire - half way up rue des Tongres - metro from Brouckere to Merode direct. She will also tell you if and how to dye the trousers.
