Cleaning Services (High Ceilings, Stucco, Huge Curtains)

Hello, we moved into a lovely but really rather dirty apartment...and have been told the dust collecting on the stucco on our (very high) ceilings and on our (very long) curtains is likely a health-hazard. We have neither a ladder nor the capacity to clean curtains of that size...Does anyone know of a cleaning service that takes care of this kind of thing? Thank you!
