Christmas Tree Disposal

If you live in Brussels, Brussels Propeté will collect your old Christmas tree on 8th January. Put it out on the street from 6 pm the night before, having removed all pots, wooden base crosses, screws, decorations etc. The commune makes the old Christmas trees in to compost.

NB there is a little bit of confusion on the website because it states 8th January for collection on the first page (which I am taking to be this year's date) and 9th January if you go further in to the website and click on 'sapins de Noel'. If in doubt, best to go for earlier date I reckon!
