Changing to a Belgian Driving License

Question

Hi, I have an Irish Driving license and have been driving on it here for years. Is it a big deal to change to a Belgian one? I have all the classes, HGV, Motorbike, Coaches and I do not want to loose them. Any special steps to take to change these? Does it take long?

my irish friend exchange his licence for a belgian one in just a week; he brought 2 photos, his ID card, paid some cash and filled a form. However it was only a B licence (cars); yours seems a bit more complex so i guest the best bet is to ask your commune.
