Change of address for the company

The process is that the company has to hold an extraordinary general meeting and declare that it has a new address and change it's articles of association to reflect that change.

The address change has to be published in the Moniteur Belge. You don't have to go to an accountant to do this, you can go straight to a notaire who will draw up the document.

Your address change isn't legally recognised until the publication of the new address in the Moniteur Belge.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland you go online and fill in an online form. You pay around 15 Euros. You can do this if you are the Secretary or Director and you are self employed.
