Champagne in the Champagne region?

There is a (surprisingly) good champagne shop called the "Cave des Sacres" in the square that faces the cathedral in Reims. They have a good range, including some good ones from smaller producers, and their prices are competitive.

The only down side is that road access and parking isn't good as the area around the cathedral is a pedestrian precinct.

stay on Luxembourg side of the river and buy the sparkling stuff from them instead... Numerous caves around the Remich area...
